directions for use:

the following is a suggestion only
your own specialized treatments should be continued

step 1.

prepare table in the following order:
place blanket or heating pad on table followed by a sheet of thermal mylar foil
over this place a sheet of thermoplastic film

step 2.

in a bowl mix 4 tablespoons of ayurvedic beauty wrap with warm water to a medium paste

step 3.

apply mask by hand or with a brush as follows:
start with the back and back of arms and legs
have client turn on back
apply mask to front of body, arms and legs.

step 4.

wrap client for 15 minutes
remove wrap and instruct client to rinse under a warm shower
dispose of thermoplastic film and any mess

step 5.

wrap client in thermal mylar foil for cool down process
allow 20 minutes during this procedure
use a blanket if necessary to keep client warm
apply hydrating lotion to full body
