directions for use:

step 1.   

prepare table in the following order:
place blanket or heating pad on table followed by a sheet of thermal mylar foil
over this place a sheet of thermoplastic film

step 2.   

in a bowl mix 4 tablespoons of powder with warm water to a light paste

step 3.   

apply mask by hand or with a brush as follows: 
start with the back and back of arms and legs
have client turn on back
apply mask to front of body, arms and legs.

step 4.   

wrap client for 15 minutes
remove wrap and instruct client to rinse under a warm shower
dispose of thermoplastic film and any mess

step 5.   

wrap client in thermal metallized mylar foil for cool down process
allow 20 minutes during this procedure
use a blanket if necessary to keep client warm
apply hydrating lotion to full body

thalassotherapy for detoxification 

step 1.   

in a bath or hydrobath add 3 tablespoons of sea algae powder
allow to mix well stirring water vigorously

step 2.   

allow client to luxuriate in bath for 20 minutes while sea algae stimulates blood circulation and speeds natural rate of perspiration

step 3.   

have client rinse under warm shower
apply hydrating lotion to full body
